Getting Through the Holidays in One Piece
The holiday season is, for many of us, fraught with difficulty, expectations, pressures of all kinds, depression, disappointment, grief and more.
Eastridge Presbyterian Church Faith Partners invites you to join them for their Second Mental Health Café on Sunday, November 19 at 10:45 am (following worship) for conversations around mental health during the holiday season and how to make it the “okay-est” holiday. Everyone is invited: whether you bring your own personal experience, you are concerned about a loved one, or you simply want to listen.

A whole casserole is too much so we offer A Bite of The Casserole from time to time. We welcome ideas for short articles of interest to people working in their faith congregations on issues of addiction and mental health. Working together we will defeat stigma and shame.
