Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP)
St Andrew’s ELCA Church – Lincoln NE
March 2025

The Faith Partners team at St Andrew’s ELCA Church is sponsoring Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) training this March – on Saturday mornings – March 15, 22, 29, from 9 AM to Noon. The sessions will be held at St Andrew’s Church, 1015 Lancaster Lane, Lincoln NE, in Fellowship Hall.

WRAP is a simple and powerful process for creating the life and wellness you want. With WRAP, you can:
• Discover simple, safe, and effective tools to create and maintain wellness;
• Develop a daily plan to stay on track with your life and wellness goals;
• Identify what throws you off track and develop a plan to keep moving forward; and
• Gain support and stay in control even in a crisis.

The WRAP process supports you to identify the tools that keep you well and create action plans to put them
into practice in your everyday life. All along the way, WRAP helps you incorporate key recovery concepts and
wellness tools into your plans and your life. Think of WRAP as self-help first-aid. WRAP can help you:
• Shape every aspect of your life the way you want it to be;
• Gain freedom from troubling thoughts, behaviors, or patterns that repeat in your life;
• Feel empowered in making decisions about your life; and
• Build a strong support network of people and resources to help you reach your goals.

WRAP training will be presented by Teri and Derek Effle from Region V Services. There is no charge to participate, but please register by scanning this QR code with your smartphone camera to make sure we have enough training materials for everyone. Walk-ins are welcome. It is ideal to attend all three sessions, but even
attendance at one session will be helpful to you. We hope to see you there!
